What is the time management?
Many people, busy and private affairs, do not see an exit from a similar sort of a situation and, believing, that nothing can be changed, continue to flounder in this whirlpool. However psychologists consider, that the exit from a problem of time shortage is – it is just necessary to want to change itself and the relation to time.
Their opinion confirms such direction of modern psychology as time management – a management skill with own time. This ability to define, that is the main thing, and that – minor what first of all it is necessary to make efforts, and that can and wait. It appears, when the person understands it, all vanity and turmoil vanishes. If he is able to operate time, to hurry up to it it is not necessary – it is possible to be engaged in the decision of key problems easy.
To supervise time not so it is difficult, as it can seem at first sight. It can be carried out by means of decision-making on that as when it is necessary to make. Thus speech does not go about the rigid control of a mode of the life, not supposing deviations. The analysis of the purposes is carried out, priorities which then are transformed to specific targets and the program of actions are placed. Thanks to it not only efficiency of all activity raises, but also new reserves open, for example, appears more time for rest.
Experts allocate two kinds of time management: personal and corporate. In wide understanding time management represents the mechanism of management of company time. In that case the basic attention is given to the work organisation as a whole, and working hours use by each employee is a consequence of correct construction of corporate system.
Such approach is effective in that case when from the worker fast and accurate performance of tasks in view is required. Thus, questions of mutual relation of employees, the coordination of their individual purposes and plans in the conditions of inevitable personal conflicts demand the corporate, centralised regulation.
Time management in narrow sense is the organisation of personal time of each person. It is actual when workers have a certain freedom in choosing, the creative initiative is shown. When the person is compelled to make independently of the decision, should organise process of work with clients, it is necessary for it to own technologies of the organisation of personal time, efficiency increase.
Most a tiny nuance in personal time management is balance observance between freedom and compulsion, and also corporate intervention only in those aspects of personal work of the employee which matter for a company overall performance. Thus it is necessary to consider, that personal time management is strong enough engine of corporate culture.
However it is not necessary to think, that time management is panacea from all troubles. It can be effective far not always. It is possible to lay down for itself the aim, to plan ways of its achievement, and as a result of to receive nothing. It is necessary to remember, that the purpose should be concrete and depend only on you. Competently object in view – the first step to structurization of time and life ordering.
Purpose statement helps to define, its achievement is how much close, and to establish degree of efficiency of methods. Also, before to pass to a time management embodiment during the life, it is necessary to destroy a number of stereotypes in thinking: for example, to get rid of laziness, indecision, fear before decision-making or mistrust to people.
The correct organisation of own time can yield considerable results. Infinite race disappears and there is time for rest. The life is filled with with what ourselves wish it to fill, it becomes brighter and more interesting.
