3. Study together with the employee of a standard set of procedures and ways of performance of the work charged to it.

4. Study together with the worker of that understanding as its personal activity is entered in wider channel of activity of the organisation and the decision of problems of consumers.

5. Revealing of understanding by the worker of what firm strategy and as he sees ways of its achievement on the a place.

6. Revealing of, how the given employee an internal competition or rivalry between colleagues sees to direct it to the necessary channel.

7. Working out of concrete indicators of final desirable products of its activity in a measured kind and in the form of that added value for the sake of which there is its post.

8. Demonstration of belief in possibilities of people to reach objects in view.

9. Revealing of potential hindrances, difficulties and barriers, which see the executor to stipulate possible measures of secure or the help in case of their occurrence.

10. Проговаривание possible compensations in case of successful achievement of objects in view.
