For today in the business world such concept as corporate culture even more often sounds. One of its components is joint pastime (corporate game in bowling, corporate visiting of a sports hall, joint holidays).

There comes time of celebrating of New year and Christmas. For certain in each company the corporate party, a feast at restaurant or club is planned. New year and Christmas are, undoubtedly, most long-awaited holidays when it would be desirable to relax, talk a little on abstract themes and to forget for some time about work.

Going on a corporate party, it is necessary to observe nevertheless certain rules of behaviour and not to dare to be frank with might and main after several glasses of wine with fellow workers, to discuss acts and behaviour of others, to show the discontent with something and someone. It is necessary to remember, that holidays are in the habit to come to an end, and here your acts and behaviour can have far-reaching consequences (it is possible to lose respect of colleagues to make enemies and eventually it is possible to wait refusal in promotion or even dismissals).

That after a holiday it was not a shame to you with the behaviour, we recommend to take into consideration the following:

Remember that to all there is a place and time. On corporate actions it is not recommended to drink too many alcoholic drinks, it is not recommended to mix drinks, it is desirable to establish in advance a certain limit in their acceptance. It is not necessary to accept spirits on a hungry stomach.

It is not necessary to say that hardly would tell within the working day. Try to avoid phrases «yes you to me never and did not like, I always envied you, how much to you not to offer me increase, I too without ceremony would cope with your duties».

It is not necessary to gossip with other fellow workers. Try to refrain from criticism someone, discussion of the prospective sum spent for a party exactly as well as a source of its financing.
