The head and the leader of the organisation have forced a society to look modern information technologies under other corner at what should be the chief. Motivation as a stimulator of labour activity takes a considerable place in a science about management. To motivate employees and it is literally to infect ability with their ideas is a problem of any head.

But the question in, whether can the person who is indifferent to the own purposes, to motivate other people? Naturally, no! Before starting to motivate employees and the example to convince of success of the future enterprise, it is necessary to be engaged in own self-motivation.

On types the motivation is divided on «motivation from» and «motivation to». «The motivation from» is often ineffective and connected with negative experiences. To avoid troubles – here its basic principle. As a vivid example the national saying «can serve While the thunder will not burst, the muzhik will not cross» or the characteristic citation from one book: «the Person is motivated is better with a candle under a bum, than a torch ahead».

«The motivation to» can be characterised pleasant emotions: the person motivated with aspiration to pleasant, creates positive, attractive images of the future in imagination. In turn, consciousness is focused not on performance of actions, and on a terminal point – result, on the future benefits (internal and external) which it will receive after tasks in view will be executed.

Strategy «motivations to» is much more effective from the point of view of many problems of business. But if people since the early childhood of people are trained «by motivations from» «motivations to» anywhere do not learn strategy. It is necessary to learn this most or on specialised trainings. And now try to wonder: you use what type of motivation more often?

The most universal tool of self-motivation is statement of the purposes. When the person very strongly wants something, it puts before itself(himself) definite purposes, and can see benefit which will be brought by their realisation. It is one of possible variants «motivations to». All purposes can be divided into categories, depending on result which we wish to receive:

- To have;
- To operate;
- The nobility;
- To concern;
- To be.

For example, the person can aspire to cause admiration in people, to win their respect, to buy the car, to learn something new, to feel in safety, to feel satisfaction by itself. Doubtless advantage of this classification that the person can understand positive sense of the purposes for itself. It is necessary to be able to formulate the purposes such categories which will motivate most you in the given situation. The thought on result of achievement of your purposes will increase your energy and forces, that in turn considerably will strengthen your confidence and will help to approach success. Enthusiasm which overflows you, will be the best stimulus for your subordinates and colleagues and will create the most favorable atmosphere to unite forces of your command on object in view achievement.
