What is the power? Power kinds. How to keep the power? In our society there are negative installations in relation to the power. It is connected by that the power long time was used, and used now, as dictatorship. Dictatorship as compulsion and use of the person, practised from the state structures, from the teacher school, the parent of the house.
And as compulsion contradicts a human nature, results of achievements much more low. In comparison with those results, achievement which is based on principles of development of the person. The true power is an internal force of the person, the person which is capable to incur responsibility and to lead behind itself. Inspiring and developing another. The power is an ability to influence distribution of people of money and resources. It exists in all human mutual relations and situations. It is necessary for a normal current of human life and a society.
As a rule to become the leader that person who appears more others capable to take reins of government and to keep them. But finally the true and long-term power in the organisation is provided with trust of followers. Leaders become leaders and find the power because other people want, that they have taken this power in hand. The power it is invariable "the power to do business".
Four kinds of the power.
1. The power of the expert.
It when you do the business in perfection. When you recognise as the professional, the expert. You get the big power and influence, than people, mediocre in the business. By means of the power of the expert you draw to yourselves respect and attention of the important people in your organisation. You receive more possibilities to do that you do well. Doors for you are opened.
2. The power of the person.
Such you find the power, when surrounding you love and respect. The большему you like number of people, the большее you render influence on them. People obey you and with readiness accept your offers and ideas. This type of the power often call social or emotional intelligence. This the most useful and finally the most valued quality in our society.
3. The position power.
Comes to you with a post. The position power includes possibility to employ people and to dismiss them, to award and punish. The position power can be not connected in any way with your personal advantages or abilities. There is a set of the unpleasant or incompetent people allocated with the power of position which have received it for the reasons far from ability to perform work well and quickly or abilities to get on with other people.
4. The ordered power.
You receive this power, when associates with readiness allocate you with the right to influence them because of advantages of your person. You draw this power to yourselves when faultlessly perform the work and simultaneously like people surrounding you, cause respect for.
The power in business and a society to be based in public which are ready to help you when you about it ask even if you have no possibility to order it to do something. Your power frequently depends on your ability to influence people who directly to you are not subordinated.
The more you do for others, not expecting direct compensation, the you find the big power and influence. The most powerful people = who has helped with any organisation (or can help) to reach to the greatest number of other people of their purposes.
How to receive and keep the power:
1. To become valuable, and then the irreplaceable worker. Finally values have only results. Concentrate on them. When you win reputation of the expert, you "are simply doomed" to receive more.
2. To do itself more and more useful to the increasing number of people. Constantly search for possibilities "to pass superfluous mile", to make more than that than from you expect.
3. Constantly to search for possibilities to help and be to useful other people. To raise the educational level, indefatigably to acquire knowledge and skills and to search for new ways of development of the business.
People the persons possessing force, capable to inspire, train, develop have the power over others. Magnanimous and positively conceiving. The power it not destiny of the elite. It everyone who is ready to work over itself(himself) can possess, to take lessons from own errors, to trust in itself(himself) and to bear responsibility.
