To think positively! Recently my girlfriend has stated good thought - «You the pessimist, start to think positively and at you all will turn out!». And, you know, there were rights … Not that that earlier something was impossible to me, but negative thoughts visited very often. Unfortunately, «to think positively» - it is not too easy. Especially, when it is adjusted, initially, on a negative harmony, on failures …

There is a set of ways to adjust the thinking on the POSITIVE. I will tell about some which has tried itself and which have really helped me.

For example, start to draw, embroider, cut out on a tree, to sew. There are many different employment, for all tastes – everyone for itself(himself) can find something. Probably, it will occupy time, but that it will please you and people surrounding you it is exact. But you will find where to apply your violent imagination and to spend superfluous time. The success will cause in you feeling of pleasure and positively to adjust on good luck.

All these small hobbies will brighten up your life, and can help to find to you itself. Probably you will not find for yourselves in these five points anything, that could interest you, but in any case – there is a set of other employment which will adjust you on a positive harmony.
