All depends that we mean by "complexes". I think, that it is a question more likely of certain uncertainty in and in the forces, in the professional level and knowledge. But after all nobody is born with a full set of qualities and the abilities necessary for this or that activity. At the best there are any inclinations, no more that. The person receives all knowledge, skills in the course of training and work. One they are given easier, another it is more difficult. Therefore aspiration to constant perfection and increase of level of the professional competence - the basic pledge of professional and career growth. But for this purpose just also comprehension of is necessary that you are not perfect, to you is to that to study. Therefore firm categorical confidence that you know all and you are able - more likely a sign of nonsense, a narrow outlook and small life experience. From my point of view, the professional - the person who knows strong and weaknesses, is not afraid to show, that it is less competent of any questions, is always ready to study, aspire to expand borders of the possibilities. Old true - the more you know, the you understand how many still not learnt more.
Comprehension of presence of the complex forces us to develop, instead of киснуть in a self-satisfaction bog. We live in promptly changing world and should adapt to it constantly. Therefore the source of failures is faster not presence of complexes, and unwillingness than them to overcome.
