The Internet dazzles with a large quantity of offers of training and various kinds of trainings for improvement of professional skill in this or that field of activity. Advertising promises lightning success in the shortest terms. Whether but so it actually?
Training – a course of employment duration from 1 day about several months. For today the psychological trainings raising business activity of the person are most extended , ability correctly to react in vital situations. Practically all trainings are focused on business. The prices for similar courses on the average fluctuate from 20000 to 40000 rbl. of Figure rather big, therefore at once there is a question: whether so these trainings are effective, on how many they are estimated in a money's worth?
For what a payment:
The course usually contains short theoretical base and a considerable quantity of a practical training. On employment situations which in a usual life can cause difficulties are simulated, and scenarios of behaviour of the person in the created conditions are rehearsed . Each participant of group has possibility to check up and to learn any situation to beat to own advantage. The trainer of group supervises over all action.
The main problem of all trainings that they cannot guarantee 100 % result. In spite of the fact that programs are written by professional psychologists and conducted by skilled trainers, a stumbling-block always is the human factor. Namely, how much the people who have come on a course, are ready to perceive the information.
Also it is necessary to understand, that for 1 day for any money of the world to make of a pony of a fighting horse it is impossible. Therefore advertising of courses which promise to make for 3 days of you the Person, simply speaks a lie.
Very often the situation when "professional psychologists and skilled trainers" those actually are not takes place. Loud advertising not always means good result of a course. Therefore choosing a course, be not too lazy, look for responses or any information on it "from the party".
One more feature of trainings is complexity of revealing of their practical efficiency. That is, difficultly accurately to define, in what situation the got skill works. And the result of use of this skill besides not always can appear positive.
Nevertheless, employment is a new information. It is the main positive line which has any training. Usually on courses most often meeting conflict situations or scenarios of behaviour of groups co-operating among themselves are lost. That is, participants of trainings have an information on, how, who and why can lead itself at certain coincidence of circumstances. And «it is warned – means it is armed».

1. The quantity of employment should be more than 1. It will be better let than 4 employment on an hour, than one, but 4 hours.

Wide course:
- Work with the client

With other things being equal (quantity of hours and material volume) efficiency of a narrow course considerably above, than wide.
3. Training should be focused on a certain kind of activity, on a professional accessory. Trade is one, selection of shots – another, the management and management is the third.
Summing up, it is possible to tell, that the effect from training equally depends both on professionalism of the training party, and from desire to learn something of the party trained. Therefore aspire to knowledge, but be attentive!
